A billing and invoice system for a transport business — invoice creation, Excel-based workflows, billing calculations, PDF generation and historical records.

Challenge

Invoices were built by hand from spreadsheets, with calculations repeated for every bill and past records hard to find.

Keep the Excel files the team already uses as the input, and automate everything that happens after.

A desktop app with Excel import, automatic billing calculations, one-click PDF invoices and a searchable history synced to the cloud.
